Situation:
The bottled water brand 938 engaged our team to design a full suite of materials for their participation in the 2018 Fitness Expo in Basel, Switzerland. The project included creating an exhibition stand, business cards, posters, flyers, roll-ups, a show counter, and social media assets. The goal was to present the product in a visually compelling way that would stand out at the expo.

Task:
I was responsible for leading the design and execution of the entire exhibition presence remotely, ensuring a cohesive and attractive brand presentation while coordinating across international locations. This included conceptualizing the stand, designing marketing materials, preparing 3D proposals, and managing the production and assembly process.

Action:
To address the challenge of managing the project entirely remotely, we implemented robust project management tools and maintained continuous communication between team members in Switzerland and the Dominican Republic. The process involved analyzing the expo space, defining the concept for the stand, conceptualizing the design, producing 3D visualizations, preparing all materials, and supervising the assembly of the fair stand. The design concept featured a clean and minimalistic presentation of the product, highlighted by a symbolic mountain pyramid constructed from water bottles, emphasizing the purity and freshness of the brand.

Result:
The remote collaboration and careful planning led to the successful execution of the 938 exhibition stand at Expo Fitness Basel 2018. The project achieved a visually striking and cohesive brand presence, effectively showcasing the product to visitors and enhancing brand recognition in the European market.
