Rebranding

Contabilia is dedicated to financial and tax consulting for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Their main functions are the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns, payroll management, TSS, SIRLA, company constitution, implementation of accounting systems (accounting software, and internal control procedures).

  • Situation:
    Contabilia approached me with the goal of giving its brand a complete 360° renewal. The company wanted to modernize its identity, strengthen its positioning, and expand its presence. The project encompassed a full rebranding effort, including a redesigned logo, refreshed brand identity aligned with corporate values, a social media template system, and a new website to differentiate the company from competitors, boost recognition, and drive sales.

    Task:
    My responsibility was to craft a strong, elegant, and memorable visual identity that reflected Contabilia’s values of excellence, elegance, and success. The objective was to design a cohesive brand system spanning identity, digital presence, and communications that communicated trust, modernity, and expansion while remaining faithful to the brand’s essence.

    Action:
    I designed a new logo that symbolized expansion through two diamond shapes radiating outward, with a central “C” and a four pointed star to represent excellence and success. For color, I built on the brand’s existing palette, introducing two refined shades of blue to convey confidence and stability, complemented by gray and gold as secondary tones to represent commitment and excellence. I also developed a typography system using three complementary typefaces: a modern sans serif for corporate use, a clean sans serif for digital applications, and a Roman capital font for headings, ensuring a balance of formality, strength, and elegance across brand communications.

    Result:
    The final rebranding delivered a clear and cohesive visual identity that elevated Contabilia’s market presence. The new logo, color system, and typography reinforced the company’s values and positioned it as a modern, trustworthy, and successful brand. With the addition of consistent social media templates and a differentiated website design, the project strengthened recognition, set the company apart from competitors, and supported its growth and sales objectives.
