Situation
The advertising agency Leon Rojo invited me to improve the workflow as a graphic and motion designer. This opened the opportunity to design and manage projects for leading retail brands in the Dominican Republic, such as CCN, Jumbo, and Ferretería Cuesta. Together we faced many challenges and developed advertising design projects, branding, signage, packaging design, and motion graphics. All of this was possible thanks to Leon Rojo Publicidad, who trusted me to provide remote design solutions with excellent results.

Task
The main objective was to improve the agency’s workflow and manage design orders for top retail brands, ensuring effective execution across advertising, branding, signage, packaging, and motion graphics projects.

Action
To address this challenge, I incorporated effective management of the design process from the briefing stage to final delivery. I ensured each request was handled efficiently, maintaining high performance in project execution. I used motion graphics tools for the “Cuponmania” campaign for Jumbo, rigorously applied design processes to create packaging for the Mondino by José Jhan collection at Jumbo Moda, and proactively approached the conceptualization, design, and adaptation requests for Leon Rojo Publicidad’s artwork.

Result
The optimized workflow allowed for efficient project handling and high-quality creative outcomes. This collaboration with Leon Rojo Publicidad led to successful advertising, packaging, and motion graphics projects for leading retail brands in the Dominican Republic.
